About Apt. 308
The History
Back when I used to be in college, I lived in this Apartment on campus with the exact room number, 308. I lived with about 7 other roommates during that time. In that apartment, a lot of fun events happened. That is the room where a lot of events happened like big dinners, parties, and game nights. There was a lot of bonding in that room not only with just roommates, but with the friends that would come over. A lot of friendships and relationships were made in that room, it was the most fun I've ever had in college. During the 2020 pandemic, we all disconnected physically due to quarantine. In that year, I thought to come up with making this channel and podcasts as a way to reconnect with my friends, as if we were still back in the dorms.
My goal for this is to bring people in for the experience I had in college.
Who am I?
It's me, Brian, and yes that is the closest I am going to reveal my actual face. I'm still a little shy, but maybe soon, you'll know what I look like. I used to be a college student that studied communication design (which is is basically graphic design). I am a Filipino American that was raised in the Bay Area.
I was fond of the idea of podcasts for a while. I liked the idea of just having a casual conversation with friends and also talking about topics that are relatable to us. My inspiration for starting this was a company is called DIVE Studios. They are a Korean podcast company that covers things K-Pop, K-Drama, and everyday problems we face.
I always enjoyed bringing my friends together. Through this channel I was able to bring my friends together and we talk about our experiences. I want my channel to be relatable for you and maybe think more about what the world and ourselves. Let's all get together.
About Let's Hangout
“Let’s Hangout” is a podcast where a couple friends and I talk about random topics every episode. We can talk about current trends and relatable experiences. Sometimes we can get personal with our stories. This is where I gather a group of friends to talk about anything.

About This or That
“This or That” is a show where we take any debatable topic and just talk about it from all angles. We just say what our favorite things are from favorite fashion, food, drinks, and even grocery stores.

About It's Been A While
“It’s Been A While” is a show about where I get together with a friend I haven’t seen/talked to in a long time and we just have a one on one conversation to catch up and learn stuff about each other. To this day, it’s the most popular show I have on the channel.
